NDIS Orders
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We support NDIS participants and can currently accept Self Managed and Plan Managed payments online. Unfortunately we are unable to process Agency Management Payments.
Please note we are NOT an NDIS provider, however we are still able to accept NDIS Self managed payments if your budget allows for consumables, and for NDIS Plan Managed payments, you will need to check with your plan manager on what your budget will allow. Please ensure you speak to them before placing an order.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you add the participants NDIS Name and Number to the 'notes' section on the cart page before proceeding to checkout. Plan managers will require this to be on the invoice in order to make payment. You can always head back to the checkout page during the order process to add this information if you forget.
NDIS: Self Managed
You will need to process and pay for your order as normal. After your order has been placed you will be provided with a Tax invoice to keep for your records.
NDIS: Plan Managed
For plan managed payments you will need to ensure you have added the required information during checkout to generate the invoice for your plan manager.
Terms & Conditions:
Items will not be shipped until cleared funds have been received in our bank account.
NDIS orders have 30 day terms and if your payment isn't received within 30 days your order will be cancelled and your items will no longer be held for you.
It is your responsibility to check and confirm your purchase with your plan manager and/or against your goals and consumables funding allocation. Happy Hands Messy play Co is unable to advise you if your order will be covered or paid by your NDIS Plan manager. Please ensure you hold and store ALL invoices and tax invoices for record keeping purposes.

For NDIS plan managed customers, please select manual payment at the payment stage of checkout. This will allow you to place your order and an invoice will be generated and sent to you. Please ensure you send this to your plan manager for payment and follow up.

For a more personalized touch, our DIY package provides all the materials and instructions you need to host your own sensory party. We will deliver it all to you & pick it up after. We will travel so please reach out to discuss your location.
